JELD-WEN of Canada is proud to announce that Lisa Bergeron, our Director of Business Development and Regulatory Affairs, was a featured panelist at the High Performance Windows Manufacturers Roundtable, a virtual event hosted by https://newbuildings.org/event/high-performance-windows-manufacturers-roundtable/ on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm EDT.

 

Lisa brought a wealth of expertise to the conversation, representing JELD-WEN on numerous provincial, national, and international trade associations. Her leadership roles include serving as Chair of the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA), Co-Chair of FGIA’s NAFS Committee, and board member of FGIA’s Fen BC Region. She also contributes to NRCan’s Energy Efficient Fenestration Steering Committee, helping shape the ENERGY STAR program in Canada.

 

This roundtable explored how modern fenestration solutions, such as triple-pane glazing, smart window technologies, and innovative frame materials, can dramatically improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and noise reduction in commercial buildings. The session also addressed market adoption challenges and the integration of high-performance windows into Passive House and other advanced building standards.
